The hotel had its ups and downs during my stay. On the positive side, I appreciated the variety of family-friendly activities and the spacious accommodations that allowed for comfortable movement. However, service issues, especially regarding room availability and responsiveness, really impacted our experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for us to relax. However, some of our check-in experiences fell short, leading to a frustrating first day. Overall, it’s a great place for families, especially those looking to visit Legoland.
